Who are we looking for?

  • a person enjoying to convert complex things into simple ones
  • a person with a background in technology cause, well, you will deal with developers and technical PMs
  • a person challenged by the goal to grow from several hundreds of people to many thousands enabled by smart training, education and formation process for new employees
  • an advantage would be a background in e-learning, LMS management and course authoring
  • prior teaching experience, especially in tech, is surely an advantage as well! 

Work scope:

  • assemble all current edu modules for devs and PMs into a structure, where we can clearly see edu inventory, people, assign courses, see progress, create learning paths for our team and manage continuous EDU update and continuous team learning 
  • set up or participate in a EDU submission mechanism, automate it based on hundreds of tasks already completed and feedback provided to them 
  • our ideal is a script that handles training, feedback and graduates people, who are an excellent fit with the company and the market
